I’m back!!

It’s been almost a year since we’ve spoken last, and I’m so happy to be back with an even better and more detailed blog! My last blog post, we had just bought the home of our dreams, and moving day was just a couple weeks away! Now, we’ve been here about 10 months and so much has changed!

In 10 months time, our oldest son got married, and our 4th child received a 4 year, full ride to Methodist University on a music scholarship! He just graduated from high school, Covid style a few days ago! Not the way we had planned it, and sad that Jake missed out on so much his senior year, but we couldn’t be more proud of him! He’s handling it all like a rockstar!

If you’re following me on Instagram, you may know that I now have close to 17k followers and I couldn’t be more humbled and elated! We have done so many improvements to our new house and really turned it into a home! Unfortunately the lake water isn’t back yet, and we’re still waiting on what will come of that, but we still enjoy the pool and stream that flows behind our house!

As I continue with my blog writing, I will go over the projects that we’ve done up unto this point, and I was recently asked by a friend to explain why I decorate the way that I do in detail. So I will try to do more of that! Please let me know if you have any questions as I go along, or if there’s anything that you would like to see me write about or explain!
