Gallbladders and Giveaways!

Happy Tuesday my friends! So today, on Instagram, I am doing a 5K Giveaway! How can I already have 5000 followers in 4 months?? It seems unreal!

In February, after getting my gallbladder taken out, I was laid up in bed and on a whim, decided to do what I saw a bunch of others that I followed do, create a business account of my home decor! I was following large accounts from my personal account, like 365K sites that did exactly what I do…decorate! They renovated their homes here and there with their husbands, showed it off, and then I noticed that they were advertising things for companies with their own codes. I had no idea how they were doing it, or how it all worked, but I knew I wanted to do THAT! So, with no idea what I was doing, I created a business account, started taking pics and posting them, and jumped right into something that I was completely clueless about! lol

Now, here I sit, with 5K+ followers, a few brand influencer jobs behind me, a brand influencer on the liketoknow.it app, a business account on Pinterest, and a whole new future ahead of me! I’ve gotten free pillows to advertise, I’ve gotten a couple products at discount, and currently have lots of new, free products coming to advertise for different brands! I love being able to give my followers a discount! Soon, I hope to start being paid for the posts that I create, and I know that will come!

So, thank you! Thank YOU for following little old me. I went from not knowing what I wanted to do with my life, and being torn with what makes ME happy, to knowing exactly what I’m doing and where I’m going! I couldn’t be happier with where I am right now in my career, and it goes to show, that everything happens for a reason! If I didn’t have my gallbladder taken out when I did, I wouldn’t be right where I am now! 🙂
